Tips for healthy, glowing skin

Smoking decrease the skin’s ability to regenerate itself by constricting the blood vessels and reducing the blood supply to the skin. Smoking causes wrinkles, gauntness and discoloration of the skin. It’s just not pretty.

Stay hydrated.

Water is the biggest component of the human body, and is critical for the healthy functioning of all bodily systems. It’s not necessary to drink gallons of water each day, but it is critical to stay hydrated. A lack of moisture in the skin can lead to premature aging, and while you can moisturize your skin from the outside, it is still important to hydrate from the inside. In other words, drink your water.

Stay out of the sun.

No, you don’t have to stay in the shade 100% of the time – that wouldn’t be much fun. Eat a healthy, balanced diet.
