Bel Mondo Beauty has been fortunate in its relatively brief business life to receive help from aesthetic industry professionals who are experienced and quite knowledgeable.
They have taken time to assess Bel Mondo products in development, incorporate our bio cellulose line (creatively) into their services, recommend our line (without asking) to colleagues, and introduce our line to students working toward careers in aesthetics.
The most recent example of this type of valuable assistance came from Spectrum Advanced Aesthetics.
Spectrum provides medical aesthetics training to licensed aestheticians, nurses, and medical assistants. Their curriculum is extensive and their learning environment includes a fully-equipped medical spa. The spa offers discounted services to the public as it enables Spectrum students to master treatment strategies and procedural techniques.
Last month, I received a video (below) from Spectrum’s founder, Mary Nielsen. The video featured one of Spectrum’s leading educators, Beatrice Van, demonstrating how she uses Bel Mondo’s Ultra-Hydrating Mask and a jade roller to moisturize and soothe skin as post-care for micro needling. Beatrice was just voted “Favorite School Instructor” in Dermascope Magazine’s 2019 Aestheticians’ Choice Awards polling.
I could list another ten spa-industry businesses like Spectrum, who have donated time and expertise to Bel Mondo, for projects like this.
I have come to learn that for the aesthetics community, generosity of spirit is part of the culture’s DNA. Aestheticians tend to share knowledge with one another. They strive to improve skills, and enjoy educating clients. They tend to work long hours, especially the ones who are also business owners.
This post is simply a shout-out. Thanks for nurturing our niche brand. It is deeply appreciated.
